The Catery on Broad is locally owned and operated by Chef Tripp Guinn. Tripp was the original owner of Camden’s Carolina Café, a successful deli style restaurant now located in downtown Camden. After venturing successfully in the restaurant business, he learned that his real passion was in entertaining and catering first hand to his clients. Since then, Tripp has mastered his recipes as a chef and an event coordinator.
